We have recently learned that Catherine is of Filipino and Italian heritage. Her favorite quote is, “I love life and I am happy that you can enjoy it with me.”
She’s back writing her weekly column called, “Meatless Mondays.” We have to say, she makes the food truly sound mouth watering. And she wears Birkenstocks, rides the Metro, and loves the smell of rain.
